Validus^LM assembled and led a design team through a planning application on this highly sensitive site in Twickenham town centre. This involved engagement with multiple stakeholders including local residents associations, government agencies and council departments. The plans comprised a mix of uses including retail, commercial and residential and was seen as an important opportunity to relink the town centre with the river frontage.
