STCG comprises four further education colleges across South West London split across five campus locations. Validus^LM was appointed in 2015 to advise on the Estate Strategy for Kingston College and the relationship continues with the recent merger with South Thames College, Merton College and Carshalton College. Our continuing advisory role has been varied, including: reviewing the utilisation and requirements of a campus, to managing the appointment of a design team, to gaining planning permission for building projects and negotiation of disposal of a site to the Department for Education. Realising value in the estate has been the prime objective.
