Client Representative and Project Manager

Once Outline Planning Consent was attained for the Richmond upon Thames College masterplan, Validus^LM were appointed by the council to take on the project management for the design and build of the new secondary school and re-provision of an SEN school. In addition, Validus^LM were heavily involved in negotiating the complex and detailed legal documents which accompanied the site acquisition and leases. Detailed planning permission was granted in summer 2016 with the building handed over in June 2018.

Our role included: leading the professional team; procuring construction works; obtaining Reserved Matters Planning Consent; and liaising with the Department for Education.
